We offer a free 30 day returns policy and will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us at our warehouse. All Ayres cases are covered with a lifetime guarantee. If your case breaks or has a mechanical issue, we will repair or replace it – all you need is proof of purchase. The only part of the case that may suffer wear and tear over time are the hinges. When they do, we’ll be happy to help replace them, just get in touch with our customer care team.
We offer free shipping worldwide. Local import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
If your Ayres case was personalised or engraved, it can’t be returned as we wouldn’t be able to sell it on.
Damaged in transit
If any Ayres products are damaged in transit, we will replace them free of charge. Please get in touch and let us know what happened so we can sort out a replacement quickly and try to make sure it doesn’t happen to any of our customers in the future.
As soon as you receive your order confirmation e-mail, you’ll have up to one hour in which to cancel and receive a full refund. After this, your order will have been processed and will be very difficult to cancel. If you still wish to cancel the order, you’ll have to wait for it to arrive and follow the returns process above.
